Pumpkin Spice Play Dough

I love making play dough with kiddos.
Tactile toys are an amazing way for kids to enjoy learning so many different skills.

But for children with celiac disease, you need to avoid the big brand name version since it contains wheat. As much as we hope our children won't pop the dough into their mouths, that is truly a hope and not reality.

My goal for this play dough was to create something appropriate for the fall season, but inclusive to all.

CategoryToy
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup pumpkin puree
1 cup tapioca flour or any white flour
2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 Tablespoons (till the texture is right) honey
2 tablespoons oil

Instructions:
1. Smoosh till fun to play with and craft ghosts, witches and bats till you're bored

This dough will eventually dry out, but it can also mold if left damp.
I hold onto this dough for up to 2 weeks or bake the finished items at 200 degrees if they need to be kept forever.  They smell amazing and work well as ornaments or place cards too.
